Jayden Slentz brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience to his role as Chief Growth Officer at AMP Club. With a background in real estate and finance, he has built and led multiple seven-figure companies, developing teams, building relationships, and turning ambitious goals into measurable results.

At AMP Club, Jayden leads growth, marketing, and strategic partnerships with an emphasis on trust, education, and long-term customer relationships. His work is driven by a simple purpose: helping others do better. Whether mentoring entrepreneurs, supporting his team, or serving customers, Jayden believes success is measured by the positive difference he makes in other people’s lives.

Brendan brings seven years of experience as a quantitative trader to his role at AMP Club. Since 2019 he has worked at a hedge fund, using data science and quantitative research to design strategies that seek risk-adjusted returns across a range of markets. He was educated at St. Edward's University. Brendan began his journey with AMP in 2025, bringing his background in trading, finance, asset management, AI, and software development to the AMP conglomerate.

At AMP Club, Brendan leads the firm's trading infrastructure, building the execution and brokerage-connection layer that links every algorithm to members' own accounts through a non-custodial API model, so members keep full custody of their funds. Because he has traded systematically himself, he engineers with a trader's standard: every order should do exactly what it was designed to do, every time.

Varvara brings nearly a decade of experience in quantitative research and machine learning to AMP Club. She holds a master's in Applied Mathematics from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and most recently built forecasting models and systematic trading strategies in U.S. power markets for a Canadian family office and asset manager.

At AMP Club, Varvara designs and validates the quantitative models behind the firm's FX and options strategies. She applies the discipline of institutional trading to every model, from rigorous backtesting to out-of-sample testing, and works closely with engineering so that what is tested in research is exactly what runs in production.

Binghao is a machine learning and backend engineer with experience shipping production AI systems. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science, AI and Data Science, from the University of Connecticut, where he published computer vision research that outperformed prior state-of-the-art methods. He has since built backend services and AI pipelines for startups, including market data services for a financial investment platform.

At AMP Club, Binghao builds the tooling and automation that power the trading platform. He develops the backend services, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure that carry market data into AMP's research and strategy tools, keeping models running on clean, verifiable data as the platform scales.
